Hello. Kay, so I have a feeling this post is going to either be very long, or pathetically short. Let's find out. I have a few random ideas to share with all of you, so if you don't like rambling, random moments, or anything along those lines...well, this post won't be very interesting. Anyways, here we go.
Notice anything? The honking thing that takes up half of a room? Yes, the duffel bag. Or whatever you want to call it. Because I sure don't know what to call it. I have two words to describe it. Hotel wallpaper. Seriously! Doesn't the pattern totally strike a resemblance to hotel wallpaper?! I think it totally looks like it. In case you're wondering, the bag appeared in my suite from the nifty sponsored club, Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana. And don't even get me started on that made for TV movie..hahah. Here's the thing. I adore sponsored clubs. It's a easy way to earn some money, and a few shirts for layering. But honestly Stardoll..who would use that packmule of a suitcase?
This is one the the things I totally look forward to each and every month. Monthly hot buys! I'm going to rate, and review each item.
1. Hot buys beaded beret- Bisou: hands down, I love this hat. The beading is slightly odd, but it's the quirkiness that makes me love it! Black is such a simple and gorgeous color, and it works for everything. The only thing that's holding me back is the little antenna on top. I still bought the hat, but I would have loved the hat so much more without it. Therefore, this hat recieves a 9 out of 10. So close, Stardoll!
2. Hot buys 'Miami' tshirt- Fudge: ehh..honestly, it's nothing special. The colors are okay. The design is somewhat cute. I guess I'm just not into it. 3 out of 10.
3. Hot buys heart scarf- Fudge: I actually kinda like this scarf. I like the green color, but the hearts are a little bit too cutesy for me. I do love the fringe hanging off the scarf though. The rugged look is great. Overall, I'm going to give it a 6.5 out of 10.
4. Hot buys pink bow purse- Pretty in Pink: I'm not sure about this one. I love the chain purses, but the bubblegum pink isn't really doing much for me. I would have loved it with a capital L if it was glamorous than this. So..I'm gonna say..6 out of 10.
5. Hot buys black and pink dot dress- Evil Panda: One word. Gorgeous. Times infinity. I loveeee this dress. The bubble skirt, the simple black tank top under it. So delicious. I'm willing to bet that it's going to be superstar, so I guess i'll just have to admire it from afar. 10 out of 10, for sure, though.
6. Hot buys white tshirt with detailing- Evil Panda: This top was really hard to describe. Sorry for the crappy description, but it's all that came to mind. Back to the review. I think I might like this shirt. The detailing around the neck is pretty cute. Other than that, it's not that special. 7 out of 10.
7. Candie's fringe satchel- Kohls: I actually adore this. Suprisingly, the pink and purple isn't too much. The fringe is great, and the size is just right. I think I'm having a Goldylocks moment, because this purse is just right. 9 out of 10.
8. Hot buys rainbow dress- Bisou: You'd have to be a genius to pull this dress off. The color is just..ugh. It reminds me of a melted popsicle. I like the upper portion of the dress, that's see-through, I think? But the rest is just gross. 2 out of 10.
9. Hot buys tights- Fudge: psychedelic, man! These tights are totally from the 70's. I'm guessing Stardoll wasn't around in the 70's, though. (; But they are slightly cute. So on that note, I'm gonna give them a 4 out of 10.
10. Hot buys animal print coat- Rio: This is actually really cute. I don't know why, because usually I'm not a big fan of animal prints. The shape and color of everything is just so amazing. 10 out of 10.
11. Hot buys pink wedges- Pretty in Pink: The wedges are coming, the wedges are coming! Just not the design or color I had in mind. I like wedges, and I adore the stitching, but the color and cutouts on the sandal are just too much. 8 out of 10.
Last, but definitely not least, is this amazing, gorgeous, beautiful, hot, stunning, sultry whatever the heck you want to call it dress. I have never been so in love in my life. With a dress, at least. Everything is so perfect. Except it's freaking superstar! Dang you, Stardoll! I had this amazing moment, and you took it away from me. Hmmph. Well, the people that are superstars, please enjoy this dress for me. Please. [I just realized that people might think that this is a hot buy, when it is in fact not. Sorry if you were confused, I just wanted to make a little section about it, because I love it so much. (: ]
Well, I think that's pretty much it. This post definitely turned out longer than expected. But at least I enjoyed writing it. And I really hope you enjoyed reading.
